SNCDPC to Hold April Pools Day Media Event onĀ April 3, 2017
The event takes place at Wet ‘n’ Wild water park, locate at 7055 S. Fort Apache Road just south of Sunset Road on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

Remember water safety this Memorial Day weekend!
The Memorial Day weekend is traditionally the unofficial start of summer and with it comes the opening of swimming pools and other outdoor water activities.

 

 

2016 Drowning Statistics

  • 50 submersions (includes fatal & non-fatal drownings).
  • 88% involved children under 4.
  • 39 occurred in a pool - 72% residential/28% public (includes apt. & condo complexes).
  • 8 fatal drownings - 6 involved children 4 years old or younger.
